Kotak Mahindra Bank has been organizing activities to promote the health and overall fitness of employees to battle against pandemic Covid-19.
Kotak Mahindra Bank (Kotak) announced the initiation of a fitness allowance and remote working benefits for its workers. The allowances include new enhancements to Kotak’s ‘Health to the Power Infinity’ program for employees that are active from 1st December 2020.
Under Kotak’s ‘Health to the Power Infinity’ program, employees can get a monthly fitness allowance. However, to assure employees benefit from the idea of the allowance, they would require to share their fitness goals with the bank. Moreover, according to Kotak’s Remote Working policy for employees, roles have been categorized as full-time or work from home positions. To execute work-from-home more comfortable and productive will receive a remote working allowance every month.
The initiative is divided into four pillars to achieve the holistic wellbeing of employees. These are ‘Physical, Financial, Emotional, and Social’. Each pillar jumps into a particular part of health and wellness to support Kotakites in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
As of 30th September 2020, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has a national track of 1,602 branches and 2,550 ATMs, and branches in GIFT City and DIFC (Dubai).
