Taboota a home fitness community has launched a home-based workout regime, which will allow users and instructors to connect with others to achieve their fitness goals. With its workout videos, users can join a challenge with instructors or can compete with their friends. The challenge feature by taboota offers users enhanced goal setting and motivational opportunities by competing with others.

Taboota workouts are generated by a diverse group of instructors who offers six classes in  Barre, Cardio, Core, Pilates, Strength and Yoga workouts. The duration of the classes ranges from 5 minutes to 60 minutes offering users their desire workout on a customized basis. Taboota has a library of 1000 workouts and nearly 500 hours of high-quality fitness classes.

How Taboota Workout Works

  • First instructors complete a Taboota profile and post-workout videos. Then users create an account to access videos and complete their workouts. One can navigate the library through filtering or search by voice command by saying, a 10-minute Core class or 30-minute Strength circuit.
  • A rating system is available after every workout. This rating system helps users to find the best workouts.
  • You can even create or join a challenge to add some friendly competition and motivation to their workout plan.
