The traditional ballot for tickets at Wimbledon is coming to an end. The All England Lawn Tennis Club has confirmed this today.

The system of postal has been continued from 1924. This is the first time, AELTC has introduced new system. But fans will be able to get on-the-tickets manually.

AELTC said in an official statement today, ‘Ensuring accessibility of Wimbledon tickets for spectators of all ages and geographical locations remains a primary focus and importantly the ballot will retain the principle that applications may be submitted at any time during the application window; there’s no advantage of being the fastest to apply.”

This update as among were among the number of announcement that has made by AELTC. The championship has been scheduled to take place in July.
