She shared an IGTV video on her Instagram where she can be seen performing the Shirshasana effortlessly. Shilpa motivated everyone to make fitness a part of life and never miss it because it takes time, consistency, and dedication to master a skill. She emphasized that it’s only through determination and commitment that we can get the desired results. Her long caption and the video clip show her mastering the yoga headstand after giving it her all and mentioned the yoga asana’s steps and benefits. Shilpa wrote in the caption, “Whoever thought it was easy for me… Nothing in life is.. till you try consistently.”
