Drew Manning, one of the fitness experts who had achieved stardom status at the time when he gained close to 70 pounds in the year 2011 by moving from fit to fat has once again disclosed his plans to become fat that is associated with his new challenge, Fit 2 Fat 2 Forty.

Drew is expected to pass through the highs and lows of increasing weight during this four-month journey that would begin by the end of August. Subsequently, he would again work on shedding those pounds starting from January 2021. During such period, his focus would be on four diets being, Paleo, Keto, Vegetarian and Vegan. Moreover, he is expected to exhibit whatever things that one should not do when good diets go bad, thereby making known the reason why a person would gain weight, while a person is following each diet. Having nearly eight years of experience as a nutrition and fitness expert, apart from receiving guidance from a medical professional, Drew is set to examine the struggles faced by people mentally, physically and emotionally as they gain as well as lose weight. At the same time, he would examine the additional challenge of age as he would be turning 40 years old this December.

Drew stated that he had gained a lot of knowledge at the time when he first tried the Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit experiment, wherein, he had gained and lost about 70 pounds. He further mentioned that he was at the edge of being diagnosed with diabetes as well as many weight-related medical conditions that he had felt lethargic for the first time in his life. Currently, he empathizes with a few of his clients who have had to go through many problems in their process of trying to lose weight. Additionally, he stated that the new challenge that had arisen was when he had just turned 40 years old. Lastly, he added that he was focusing on a few diets that are popular, including the pitfalls associated with it and how to become successful with each of them.

The whole journey of Fit 2 Fat 2 Forty would be documented through various social media channels, including on Fit2Fat2Forty.com starting on August 27, 2020.

Drew would be doing a live weigh-in as well as a food challenge in order to demonstrate how a specialty diet could end up going wrong on a weekly basis. Apart from that, he would also be taking us along on his food shopping trips and take you down the aisles. Moreover, a series of cognitive tests would be undergone by Drew during his entire journey under the eye of four-time U.S. National Memory Champion Nelson Dellis. This is mainly to explore the role that weight gain would play on memory performance. After he gains weight on his 40th birthday which would be his last day on December 27th, the tests would be on. Drew will move over to properly follow the four diets in order to shed weight that he had gained and will also invite everyone to join along with him on January 03, 2021, to become fit and healthy along with him.
