Bored with treadmill workout? Need a switch? Vaani Kapoor’s latest fitness video is all about switching to circuit training workouts which is enough motivation for everyone. Circuit training improves and strengthens muscles. Vaani made her circuit training look smooth as she did bench dips, cable butt blasters, single-leg squats, and more. The video of Vaani’s workout was shared by her trainer.

Yasmin Karachiwala shared a “preview” of the diva’s intense workout session and captioned it as “Here’s a quick preview to @_vaanikapoor_ Circuit training workout. Do each exercise for 15-20 reps and repeat for 2-3 rounds. Enjoy this quick workout and do let us know how you feel!. Wearing a blue sports bra coupled with a pair of similar colored Yoga pants with red streaks running down the sides, Vaani looked ready to smash the unwanted body fat.

The intense workout was followed by a cable butt blaster as she bent forward gripping onto a bar and placing her foot on a spring strap as she kicked backward with one leg while balancing her body on the other. Vaani concluded her circuit training workout with SM triceps press and MFT squat plus knee drive. Vaani Kapoor was last seen in Befikre along with Ranveer Singh.
