Sara Ali Khan manages to keep her fit and healthy. She keeps on updating her Instagram with her fitness posts to encourage her fans too. The gorgeous diva posted a video of herself performing a series of exercises that include burpees, planks, squats, push-ups, and more at a gym.

In the video, Sara can be seen wearing a magenta-colored sports bra and matching tights, over which she wore pink shorts. She tied her hair up in a plait and posted the video of her workout with a classic caption including Sara Ki Shayari, writing, “When in doubt. You must workout. Push-ups and crunches, don’t lose count. With health and fitness, you must be devout. Because that’s what life is really about.”

According to several media reports, Sara suffers from PCOD and used to weigh around 96 kilos when she was studying at Columbia University.

However Sara understood she wants to be an actor and that she had to look for a specific way to make it in Bollywood, so she followed a constant workout routine and healthy diet to lose all the weight.
