Jacqueline’s fitness coach Shivoham recently provided us with a sneak glimpse into the actor’s regular workout routine. In an Instagram post that the celebrity fitness trainer posted that he is witnessed supervising the actor over a video call. Meanwhile, the Race 3 actor is observed performing a range of exercises. She begins with push-ups, mountain climber, followed by leg raise crunches, and rowing with the resistance band.
Shivoham captioned the photograph as, “These (exercises) are done every day and focus is all joints and areas of the body that along with flexibility demand the mobility to lead through a distinct range of motion.”
These workouts also operate on the “tiny muscles that are deep into the body and are capable of the health of the joint,” he continued. Moreover, they work on the core muscles.
Jacqueline Fernandez is looking very focused and determined towards her workout routine guided by her fitness coach. The actress is fitness conscious and has always look fit and healthy.
