Ballard will drive growth at World Gym through the creation and execution of impactful marketing initiatives. With her vast background in marketing and brand management, she will play a key role in shaping the future of World Gym and maintaining its reputation for delivering exceptional fitness experiences.

With 25 years working in both the fitness and franchise industries, Ballard spent 13 years in marketing leadership roles at national franchise concepts. She previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Row House, led marketing for a major big-box fitness franchisor and helped launch several boutique fitness concepts.
