Social Anxiety Disorder is one of the most common mental disorders, and Social anxiety activities are those actions you do to challenge your anxiety. ​Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) predicts to affect about 12% of the population at some point in the lifetime.

People with SAD face trouble making friends and maintaining friendships, finding work, finding life partners, building a career, and even going through the normal aspects of everyday life.

Everyone with a social anxiety disorder experiences it differently, but here are some everyday situations that people tend to have trouble with are:

Initiate the conversations to make it longer. Also, you will end up hesitating while talking to others if you drive on the same road. This will make you gain confidence while talking to others.

2. Start with compliments

Always complimenting doesn’t come under flirting. Sometimes compliments can lead to initiate the conversation. Of course, praising someone for anything counts under good habits. Give compliments on looks, achievements, nature, specific skill, or talent.

3. Go random

Try talking to some random peoples. You won’t get the feeling of being judged. Go out meet new people and make new friends. You will gain confidence in approaching others and won’t hesitate in starting conversations.

4. Visit more social places

Go out to the places where there are chances to meet new people. Try going to some fitness clubs, dance classes, morning walks, and others to meet new people and socialize with them. Be a social butterfly!

5. Stay active on social media

Start sharing boomerangs and stories on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and others. There are many chances that people viewing them can reply and start a conversation with you. Sharing stories and get approached is the easy trick.

6. Make virtual friends

Make virtual friends on Instagram and Facebook. This will make you get more open and expressive. Also, you get to develop new bonds and find new people not only in the country but across the globe.

7. Try some skills at social platform

Try showcasing your skills on social platforms. Sing, dance, crack jokes, recite poems, and other activities to release your stage phobia and can build confidence.

8. Throw house parties

Throw house parties, you will get to meet your neighbors and relatives. Some good gossips and indoor games can make your evening. Also, you will be remembered for throwing amazing parties.
