According to India Today, Bollywood Actress Mandira Bedi had just ended her 365-day exercise challenge recently after performing workouts and exercises for the entire year. She had managed to not miss even a single day of exercise throughout the year.
Mandira Bedi has been busy over the lockdown period sharing various videos of workouts along with some motivational messages. She has been recently providing inspiration for her fans to do workouts and exercises to remain in good shape. Apart from that, she has also shared a step by step breakdown of her exercise routines so that people can find it simple and easy to follow.
The 365-day exercise challenge was taken up by her, wherein she was supposed to perform some form of exercise every day without losing a single day. Recently, she managed to complete the challenge successfully.
The actress even shared the details on her official Instagram account. She got a collage of herself posted, in which she made the number 365 using her fingers. The gram was captioned “#365days of exercise got DONE today!! YESSSSSSS One year not missing a day of exercise/workout/activity. Today.I. Am. Proud. Of. Me. #gratitude Thank you @jitusavlani for the lovely pictures to commemorate this special day (sic).”
She revealed her workout details on the last day of the challenge by way of an Instagram story, with the text on the image mentioning “okay, what now? #day365 (sic).”
Some workout routines were shared with her followers to deal with different problems such as exercise for overcoming ankle pain, no equipment workout to burn the excess fat, including some more exercises for the benefit of her followers.
