Ladder Teams is currently engaged in effecting a redesign in the ‘anytime anywhere’ on-demand fitness space. The workouts are designed and led by the trainer. This fitness app has been launched officially on 10th August 2020. The industry’s leading coaches and their methodical fitness programs are expected to merge along with group chats that are expected to be interactive and live, thereby offering a wholesome and shared fitness experience.

Ladder Teams are expected to remain at the forefront in the field of hyper-connected fitness training. The CEO of Ladder, Greg Stewart mentioned that people wanted something more than just a good workout. He further added that people had an expectation of motivational support and personal guidance by an expert and expected them to deliver a world-class tech-driven experience for them. The training programs conducted through the app have been unique, apart from other benefits such as easy press and play workouts, including the availability of a list of star-studded coaches that have set them apart from others. He further stated that they were proud that the communities they were associated with were very supportive, particularly during the ongoing crisis caused by the pandemic that has made many of them yearn for support from their fellow humans.

The app provides access to workouts that are structured on a weekly basis and these would range from the functional full-body “J Method program” and the “Body & Bell“ kettlebell-focused strength including cardio training offered by Lauren Kanski and Meghan Hayden to “Project Alpha” belonging to Sam Tooley that helps improve members belonging to various levels on their running speed as well as durability and strength. Many other friendly workouts are also offered for mothers and other pregnant women that can offer strength on a regular basis, including high-intensity interval training (HIIT) programs. Some of the coaches offered by the app include Taylor Walker who has been an instructor with Barre and Barry’s Bootcamp, Men’s Health Fittest Trainer and Crossfit expert Andre Crews and Kenny Santucci who is a well-known fitness pro and a former MTV reality TV personality and fitness director of Men’s Health Ebenezer Samuel.

The workouts are result-driven and enable members to progress through plans that are well-structured. Users are benefitted through such daily workouts, as proper guidance from a coach who will be offering instructions via video in-app as well as audio cues. The users can use this opportunity to sync their workouts with Spotify or even Apple Music playlists using the app. The ‘team’ would be considered as the heartbeat of the Ladder experience.

There is a one-on-one chat between the members and the coach. The beta version of the app was created by the company at the time when the coronavirus pandemic had taken center stage. The company was able to complete as well as launch its beta version within a span of 100 days, while also being able to succeed in obtaining additional seed funding that crossed USD 2.5 million.
