We recently got a sneak peek of it when the fitness lover shared a workout video on Instagram. In the video, the on-screen Jayalalitha is noticed performing Pilates with celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit. “Jo fit hai Woh hit hai (one who is fit is hit),” the Queen actor captioned the post.

In the video, Kangana is viewed doing rear leg extensions with Namrata Purohit. This exercise develops strength in the lower body while working on the hamstrings and glutes.

Recently, Kangana shared her journey of body transformation for her upcoming movie Thalaivi. The movie is expected to release in the month of June. Kangana kept her fans updated about her daily workout routine and weight gain. She almost gained 20kgs for her lear role of Jayalalitha. After completing the shooting for the film Kangana struggled hard to lose those 20kgs and switched to the intense and heavy workout routine.
