Johnson Health Tech (JHT) announced the promotions of two key leaders on the global product development and marketing team, both effective January 1, 2023.
Andrew Kolman has been named Vice President of Global Product Development, where he will oversee global product management, product development, and industrial design, focusing primarily on the Matrix product portfolio. Kolman, a long-tenured member of the JHT product development team, has spent the most recent years leading the technology development team for both retail and commercial segments where he and his team have successfully developed and produced the full Matrix Connected Solutions portfolio of products. In addition, Kolman has developed several global strategic partnerships to enhance JHT’s position in systems integration, customized implementation solutions for global commercial customers, and digital training content compatibility.
Patty Parrott has been named Vice President of Global Marketing, where she will continue to oversee the efforts of the global brand marketing team, which she helped develop in 2010. Currently, this group drives brand strategy and brand marketing; international marketing and product training; creative design; digital marketing; web development; and group programming and education. This is a dual role for Parrott, who also serves as JHT’s U.S. Subsidiary’s Vice President of Customer Experience.
