Hapana, the rapidly-growing, end-to-end platform for ambitious fitness businesses, announces two senior executives to the leadership team: Fred Elias and Warren H. Webb.

Fred Elias is a 35-year veteran of the health and fitness industry who last served as VP of Strategic Partnerships at ClubReady. Prior to that, Fred was the President of Healthy Transformations (HT), an international company dedicated to advancing technology to detect, prevent, and treat the overweight and obesity epidemic. Fred was responsible for building the HT brand, which included the traditional health club market as well as new and ancillary market segments that consisted of fitness professionals and the consumer population.

Fred brings decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience to Hapana, where he serves as Senior Vice President – Strategic Partnerships. Fred leverages his expertise in increasing business revenue streams, cross-marketing, and creating partnering programs to drive growth for Hapana in the fitness solutions market.

Warren H. Webb is joining Hapana as Senior Vice President of Sales for North America. Warren, or “Webb” as he is known by almost all in the industry, has been at the forefront of health and fitness technology innovation for the past 19 years. Most recently, Webb was a Vice President at the Visual Fitness Planner (VFP), where he led sales of their systems for lead generation, membership, personal training, and customer relationship management.

Prior to VFP, Webb led a startup incubator in the Fort Worth, TX, area, where he was instrumental in implementing proven systems in marketing, business development, operational management, sales training, KPI management, and strategic planning for early-stage businesses who were crafting business systems for rapid growth..

At Hapana, Webb will be leading the North American sales team’s expansion into big box gyms and health clubs. Webb’s industry knowledge and expertise in sales training and revenue creation activities for clubs are second to none. His proven ability to lead and grow sales organizations will guide Hapana’s continued growth and success as the company expands its presence in both Boutique and Big Box segments in North America.
