Flaunting a bulky look in his upcoming movie, Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana essays the role of a bodybuilder and true to his character, the handsome hunk was seen acing barbell bench press at gym which inspired us for our next workout session. Nailing the barbell bench press, Ayushmann counted down to the release of Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui and that is all the fitness motivation we need to get us excited for the grind at gym this evening.

Taking to his social media handle, Ayushmann shared a video that gave health enthusiasts a glimpse of his robust exercise session. Donning a black cut sleeves hoodie, teamed with a pair of black joggers, Ayushmann completed his athleisure look with a pair of white Nike sneakers and a pair of yellow-tinted glasses.

Lying down on a bench, Ayushmann lifted the barbell up towards the ceiling and down till his chest with the help of a trainer who was edited from the video. He shared in the caption, “The countdown for Aashiqui has begun! Let’s work out this love story together in 8 days! Get ready to celebrate love this Dec 10th with #ChandigarhKareAashiqui in cinemas (sic).”
