Subramanyam swami, amid the rumours about rift between Virat Kohli, present Test captain and Rohit sharma, present ODI captain and new angle being roped in after Virat’s presser, has asked for Bharat Ratna for Virat’s exceptional contribution to the game of cricket and for the country.

Subramanyam swami,Rajya Sabha MP and BJP leader has backed virat kohli while lauding him about his exceptional part in Indian Cricketing environment. He also backed him on the question asked by netizens that he shouldn’t be treated as an ’employee’ .

Subramanyam swamy’s statement came in response to a tweet put out by a netizen who had questioned why BCCI treated Indian captain and players in a ‘shabby manner.’ “Why does BCCI treat its captain and players in such a shabby manner, after playing for India with so much of zeal and passion,” he had asked.

On Wednesday, Virat Kohli too addressed all the previous speculations and asserted his availability fir the ODIs against SA. He also stated that he was told just 90 minutes before the ousting him off the Captains’ capacity.  ‘I was contacted one-and-a-half hour before the Test team was selected. There was no prior communication. The chief selector discussed the Test team. And in the end, I was told that I won’t be the captain and I said it’s fine. After the meeting, we had a brief chat and that’s it,’ revealed the 33-year old.

Meanwhile Saurav Ganguly, BCCI President has said ” We’ll deal with it appropriately, leave it to BCCI” Amid the controversial statements made by former captain of Indian Cricket team in limited overs.
