1. Confusion or brain fog: Cognitive processes are impacted when the stomach is unhealthy. We struggle to pay attention, think, or make decisions. We always get mental fog as well.
2. Experiencing severe bloating or poor digestion: Indigestion and other gastrointestinal issues can be brought on by poor gut health. We may feel bloated as a result of slow digestion.

Think of these “biotics” as an A-team: probiotics colonize, postbiotics function, and prebiotics feed.
