According to the microbiologist, “It’s a little counterintuitive, right? It’s because fiber helps your gut health and so solves the problem of smelly gas.” Since you’re saying, “All right, I get these really awful farts when I eat things, and they ferment.” It is common for sulfur to be the cause of foul-smelling, foul-smelling farts.
