He cautions that the risk increases if you don’t get enough sleep. Your body never has the opportunity to properly recover if you don’t obtain genuinely restorative sleep. If you skip those seven to eight hours, you’re taking the stress from yesterday into today and worsening it. Every day, it builds up.
