With nine points from three games, Mizoram has an unstoppable lead and is currently leading the group. Tripura and Maharashtra behind them by six points, but even if they overtake Mizoram, the northeastern team will lead due to a superior head-to-head record because they have already defeated both.

Jharkhand took the lead early on thanks to Chandra Mohan Soy (10′), but Aryan Thakur (53′) tied the score in the second half. However, parity was short-lived as the decisive goal was scored a few minutes later by Daksh Kumar Mahli (55′).
