1. Encourage proper hydration practices from a young age

Recurrent UTIs, ankle or eye swelling, blood in the urine, or abnormally elevated blood pressure in youngsters should not be disregarded. These may indicate kidney issues that require medical care.

Our actions teach kids more than our words. They are more likely to follow in their parents’ footsteps if they observe them choosing nutritious foods, exercising, drinking water, and scheduling routine exams.
