Seven globally renowned athletes have been confirmed to compete in the upcoming Enhanced Games from Resorts World in Las Vegas on May 24, 2026, according to Enhanced, the elite sports competition and performance products company dedicated to providing athletes and people alike with the ability to optimize their health, performance, and recovery. Weightlifter Beatriz Pirón, sprinter Emmanuel Matadi, and swimmers Isabella Arcila, Natalia Fryckowska, Felipe Lima, Max McCusker, and Evgenii Somov have all committed to competing in their respective sports.
The depth and caliber of the field in all three disciplines are considerably improved by this most recent round of athlete signings. As participants fulfill the firm’s medical screening requirements, the corporation anticipates announcing more athletes in December and January 2026.
Improved Games Provide an Extremely Competitive Pool
Five swimmers with a track record of setting records for their respective nations on the international scene have been confirmed: Arcila (Columbia), Fryckowska (Poland), Lima (Brazil), McCusker (Ireland), and Somov (Russia). Ben Proud (United Kingdom), Kristian Gkolomeev (Greece), Megan Romano (United States), Marius Kusch (Germany), James Magnussen (Australia), and Shane Ryan (Ireland) will be joining them.
Arcila, 31, is a multiple Colombian national champion and a two-time Olympian. She holds the national record in the 100-meter freestyle, the 50- and 100-meter backstroke, and the Columbian record in a number of other competitions.
Fryckowska, 26, had a stellar career as an NCAA Division I swimmer and was a multiple finalist for the Polish national title. While attending Duquesne University, Fryckowska set the second-fastest 50-yard freestyle mark in school history (22.96). At Arizona State University, she was also a swimmer.
In addition to being a two-time Olympian, Lima, 40, was the first Brazilian to earn a medal at the World Championships in the 100-meter breaststroke and the first South American to swim under 28 seconds in the 50-meter breaststroke (27.94). In addition to winning numerous medals while competing in the Pan-Am Games, Lima is the former South American record holder in the 50-, 100-, and 400-meter breaststroke and 4×100-meter medley relay events.
The 26-year-old Olympian McCusker is a national champion and multiple Irish record holder. McCusker holds the Irish records for the 50- and 100-meter butterfly and the 4×100-meter relay. He also holds the Irish national titles in the 50-meter freestyle and butterfly events.
At the 2024 Summer Olympics, 26-year-old Olympian Somov participated as a neutral athlete in the 50-meter freestyle and 100-meter breaststroke events. In the 100-meter breaststroke, he is the first swimmer from Russia to breach the one-minute mark. Somov has won gold in the 100- and 200-meter breaststrokes as well as the 4×100-meter relay, making him a double World and European Junior Champion. He competes for Louisville University and has won the Atlantic Coast Conference Collegiate Swimming Championship five times.

Beatriz Pirón, a four-time Olympian, will appear at Enhanced Games
Beatriz Pirón, a 30-year-old veteran of international weightlifting contests, is a four-time Olympian who finished fourth in the 48 kg weight class in the 2016 Games. In addition, Pirón is a four-time Pan-American Games champion for her home country of the Dominican Republic and won a bronze medal in the World Championships (Snatch).

In addition, Matadi has participated in competitions all around the world. At the African Games Championships, she won several medals, including bronze in the 200-meter and 4×100-meter relays.
